  • Record of Product & Enough of Information of Company to handle customers regarding of product service
  • Keep off Standard of Company to keep on role always
  • Supported information to team implement and fast & Qualification
  • Set Plan to the teams and Service to Customers everyday
  • Supported to teams for Solution of Situation happened during on implement
  • Connect to Old Customers and New database to request satisfied of Teams Service and Response to approve to customers
  • Reported to customers regarding problem, Solution Correct point & make Qualification of Services
  • Consult to customers and Find the way to present of Product or other service to customers
  • Summarize of Reported of Monthly to CEO
  • Make Reported to Customers on monthly. 3 months. 6 months
  • Coordinator of Teams responsible to customers comment
  • Created & Checking of old document or Created of new one
  • Knowledge ISO 9001 & 14001

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in Operation
  • 2 years of supervisory capacity
  • Strong in service and customer centric mindset
  • Good organizing and follow up skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • Ability to generate trust among both coworkers and clients
  • Result driven, capacity to implement all needed initiatives and demonstrate commercial creativity
  • Good command of English.
  • Good Computer Skill (MS Office)
